At SIE, we value customer satisfaction and product quality. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. 3-Day Return Window

We offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

After 3 days, we are unable to accept any return requests.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

We do not cover damage caused after use or due to customer handling.


4. Replacement Policy

We only offer product replacements, not refunds.

Eligible cases for replacement:

  • Damaged item received

  • Wrong item sent

  • Manufacturing defects

Once approved, replacements will be shipped based on stock availability.


5. No Cash Refund Policy

Please note:

6. Non-Returnable Items
